'It is hard to describe the unique atmosphere of a session. Confronted with excited chatter, animated laughter and Amy Winehouse music, I quickly made the acquaintance of the beautifully crafted, raunchy puppet Aggabella - the ex pole dancer who’d been sent into rehab. Teas were poured and introductions made to people and puppets, who all had a tale to tell. There wasthe puppet Julian of dubious gender orientation and Jacko the junkie, Joanna of Roedean and rehab, Cruet the crosspatch cook with an internet romance, and the Yoga crazy proprietress with a shady secret past and no knickers.  Oh, and I mustn’t forget the charismatic witch-doctor, a pivotal character in the idyllic desert island setting of the performance. And that was just the puppets. And then there were expressively hand painted backdrops, to set the scene. The morning was an absolute hoot!  Thank you for inviting me.”
