Phoenix Volunteers and Friends of Arts Together

Become part of 3 new teams of Phoenix volunteers based in Devizes, Pewsey and Marlborough, Wiltshire.

Make a real difference to the quality of life of local older people and work with a friendly team of volunteers, artists, trustees and managers. Help us to promote Arts Together and raise its profile. We need to identify sources of local support – expertise, funds, venues, transport and goods - and to contact isolated older people.

We need to expand and develop this local support to reduce our dependence on unpredictable external funding and to make Arts Together a truly local service. Your contribution of time, expertise and energy will enable us to start new groups in other areas of Wiltshire, but to do this we must first gain some basic support from local sources, and ensure that the present groups survive.

Volunteering for Arts Together will give you the opportunity to be an innovator, part of the first teams to pave the way for our future. You will have the chance to develop ideas and put them into practice, and to advise us on the most beneficial ways of promoting Arts Together and reaching our audiences. You will meet a lot of new people and gain in knowledge of your local area. You will be part of a truly creative and committed team who also have a great deal of fun.
