Charity Masks raise £2250
During this pandemic, a small but dedicated team of sewers have raised £2250 for Arts Together by sewing bespoke face maks from a huge range of fabric off-cuts. Thank you to the sewing team – Holly Pigott, Julia Warin, Karen Pigott and Jess Pigott. You’re all amazing!
Between them, they managed to make 340 masks! What a huge achievement, we are so appreciative of all their hard work.
The money raised will go towards our continued support of older people through creative projects, weekly letters, zoom workshops and regular phone catch-ups.
We can finally look forward to a day where wearing masks will no longer be necessary, but until then – stay stafe and keep creative.
