With so many people living alone and missing family, friends and music, Charles Court Opera have found a way to help -Introducing ‘Dial-a-Song’!
CHARLES COURT OPERA are one of the leading and most versatile chamber opera and music theatre companies in the UK. They have performed across the UK in venues ranging from pub theatres to concert halls, and have toured Spain, the US, Ireland and France, and are the current visiting company at the Iford Arts Festival and an associate company of The King’s Head Theatre, London.
Contact Charles Court Opera via the link at the bottom of the page for one of their singers to call you, or someone you care about, who misses the sound of singing, or just human connection, for a 5-10 minute chat, and to sing a song or aria. The call can be on the phone or with Zoom, and if there’s a particular song you’d like to here, they’ll do their best to arrange it for you.
You can arrange for a video to be made for someone. This is not time specific and would brighten somone’s day.
This is a pay what you can service (and that includes nothing), with a suggested donation of £20. All proceeds will be split between the Support CCO Fund and Arts Together.
