Folk Art Project
We are really pleased to share the news that we have been awarded a grant from the Marlborough area board. We are thankful to Wiltshire Council and Marlborough Town Council for their continued support of Arts Together and all our individual groups.
The grant awarded will contribute towards the cost of running a 5-week artist led project for the Marlborough group.
The project is currently being delivered by one of our excellent artists, Sue Martin. Sue is introducing our members to the idea of folk art and creating individual designs inspired by old proverbs. Our members will be using a variety of techniques during their design process, including printing with ink and illustration.
