We are seeking two dedicated and highly motivated freelance workers to join our small team to fill the following positions:

MANAGER:  Reporting to the Trustees, you will have overall responsibility for the smooth running of Arts Together. This will include, the effective delivery of our programmes, actively seeking funding streams, liaising with partner agencies and identifying ways in which Arts Together can flourish in the small competitive charity environment.

The Manager will be the central telephone and postal point for enquiries.  This is a work from home position but with a requirement to travel when required.

Manager Person Specification

Contract terms:  The initial contract will commence on 1 September 2022.  The sum payable for an estimated 700 hours per annum will be £17,500.  In addition, travel allowance of up to £300 per annum based on 40p per mile will be paid.

 

HUB MANAGER (WEST):  You will be responsible for the running of the Bradford on Avon, Melksham and Trowbridge groups.  Liaising with volunteers, artists, members as well as venue, care and transport providers you will ensure the effective delivery of our programme of art sessions.  Working with the Manager and Hub Manager (East) you will ensure a consistent and high quality level of service, care and support to our members.

Hub Manager Person Specification

This is a work from home position but with a requirement to travel when required.

Contract terms:  The initial contract will commence on 1 September 2022.  The sum payable for an estimated 630 hours per annum will be £14,500.  In addition, travel allowance of up to £400 per annum based on 40p per mile will be paid.
